Marine Weather StatementIssued 7:50 PM NDT 24 April 2017 A trough of low pressure over Central Newfoundland will move to lie
east of the marine district by Tuesday morning. Strong to gale force
westerly winds in the wake of this trough will persist over western
waters until Tuesday evening.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
Strait of Belle Isle and the Gulf waters.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for the Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, Northeast Coast and
