Marine Weather StatementIssued 7:54 PM NST 2 December 2016 A low pressure system southeast of Port aux Basques will continue
very slowly eastward to lie over the Southern Grand Banks by Saturday
evening. Strong to gale force east or southeasterly winds ahead of
this system will shift to strong to gale force northeasterlies
tonight and persist throughout the day on Saturday.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Northeast Gulf, Gulf-Port au Port, Southwest Coast, and the South
Atlantic - Maritimes Area
