By 8:00 p.m. AST tonight low 980 mb located over northern Quebec.
At 3:00 a.m. AST Tuesday ridge located west of the Marine District.

Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:51 AM AST 20 November 2017 A low pressure system over Western Labrador will move northward today
to lie over Northern Quebec tonight. Strong to gale force westerlies
will persist today and tonight then diminish somewhat and back to
southwesterly on Tuesday.
Another low pressure system is forecast to move across the Maritimes
Wednesday night and through the day Thursday. This system will track
northeastward across the marine district keeping the strongest winds
south of Nova Scotia. However, there is a chance that this track may
shift further northward bringing gale to possible storm force winds
to much of the district.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Lurcher, Browns Bank, Georges Bank, southwestern shore, LaHave Bank,
West Scotian Slope, eastern shore, Sable, East Scotian Slope,
Laurentian Fan, Cabot Strait - northern half and Anticosti.
