over Nova Scotia.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight quasi-stationary trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over East Scotian Slope.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:54 AM ADT 27 March 2015 A trough of low pressure over Nova Scotia is forecast to move to lie
over the slope waters tonight then become nearly stationary. Strong
to gale force southwesterlies ahead of the trough will become strong
to gale force north to northeasterlies tonight and Saturday in the
wake of the trough.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Browns Bank..Georges Bank..LaHave Bank..West Scotian Slope..Sable..
East Scotian Slope..Southeastern half of Banquereau and Laurentian
Fan.
