Anticosti Island to East Scotian Slope.
By 3:00 p.m. ADT today departing trough from 980 mb low located
from Newfoundland to Laurentian Fan.

At 9:00 p.m. ADT tonight ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over New England.
By 8:00 a.m. ADT Sunday ridge located over the southern Marine

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:54 AM ADT 10 October 2015 A strong frontal trough associated with a low pressure system located
near Anticosti Island at forecast time will give strong to gale
Force winds to much of the district. Strong to gale force
south-southwesterlies ahead of the trough shift to strong to gale
force northwesterlies behind it. Wind gusts to storm force are
expected in honguedo strait.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
eastern half of eastern shore, the eastern half of Sable, Fourchu,
Banquereau, Cabot Strait, and all Gulf of St Lawrence waters.

Outlook for the start up of the Upper Bay of Fundy lobster fishery.

Tuesday..Winds southeast 10 to 15 knots increasing to southwest 20 to
25 late in the day.
Wednesday..Winds light increasing to southwest 15 to 20 knots.
