By 3:00 a.m. NST Saturday departing low 980 mb located southeast
of Greenland.

At 3:00 a.m. NST Saturday trough from low located on a line
northeast-southwest over Funk Island Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NST today building ridge located over Ontario.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Saturday building ridge located over Quebec.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:59 AM NST 19 December 2014 A low pressure system south of Newfoundland will track northeastward
across Eastern Newfoundland this morning, then move rapidly away from
the marine district to lie southeast of Greenland by tonight. Strong
to gale force southwesterlies south of the low will shift to strong
to gale force northerlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except the Southwest Coast - west of Ramea and the Northern
Grand Banks.
