Grand Banks.

At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight ridge located from Quebec to Maine.
By 8:00 p.m. NST Monday ridge located from Quebec to Laurentian Fan.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:54 PM NST 22 January 2017 An intense low pressure system south of Greenland will continue
slowly northeastward to lie southeast of Greenland by Monday morning.
Strong to gale force northwesterlies will persist over
northeasternmost waters through Monday between the low and a ridge of
high pressure approaching from the southwest.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Belle Isle Bank, and Funk Island Bank.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, East Coast, Northeast
Coast, Belle Isle Bank, and Funk Island Bank.
