Labrador Coast.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday low 984 mb located over southern
Labrador Sea.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today trough from 988 mb low located on a line
northeast-southwest over central Newfoundland.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday trough located east of the Grand Banks.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today departing ridge located southeast of the
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:50 PM NDT 5 May 2015 An intense low pressure system over the Mid Labrador Coast will
Move to lie over the South Labrador Sea tonight then drift slowly
northward on Wednesday. Over the Belle Isle Bank strong to gale force
southerlies will shift to strong to gale force westerlies this
evening behind the low. Winds will diminish on Wednesday as the low
moves away.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for the
Belle Isle Bank - northern half.
