District.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Sunday low 951 mb located southeast of Greenland.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today trough from 955 mb low located over eastern
Labrador Sea.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Sunday low 951 mb located over Funk Island Bank.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today approaching ridge located over Quebec.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:21 PM NDT 21 October 2017 An intense low pressure system east of the marine district will
Move to lie southeast of Greenland overnight then remain nearly
stationary. Gale to storm force northwesterlies will persist over
eastern waters as a trough associated with this low swings southward
tonight and Sunday.

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
Belle Isle Bank. Gale warnings are in effect for the Strait of Belle
Isle - eastern half, East Coast - north of Cape St. Francis,
Northeast Coast, Funk Island Bank, Northern Grand Banks and the
Southwestern Grand Banks.
