By 8:00 p.m. NST tonight departing low located east of the Marine
District.

At 3:00 a.m. NST today quasi-stationary trough from low located
over Belle Isle Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NST today ridge located over the Maritimes.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Monday ridge located over the eastern Grand Banks.

At 3:00 a.m. NST today low 983 mb located over the Great Lakes.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Monday low 975 mb located northwest of Anticosti
Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:52 AM NST 19 November 2017 A low pressure system east of Funk Island Bank will move to lie well
east of the marine district today. Strong to gale force
northwesterlies over the Grand Banks will diminish today as the low
departs.

Meanwhile, a deepening low pressure system over the Great Lakes will
move to lie northwest of Anticosti Island tonight. Strong to gale
force southeasterly winds will develop over Gulf waters this evening
ahead of the low.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Gulf - Port au Port and Southwestern Grand Banks.
