Northern Quebec on Thursday to lie over Northern Labrador by Thursday
evening while a ridge of high pressure builds over the Grand Banks.
Strong to gale force southwesterly winds will develop throughout the
day on Thursday between these two features.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle Bank,
and Funk Island Bank.
Marine interests are also advised that a freezing spray warning is in
effect for the Strait of Belle Isle.
