At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight high located over Quebec.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Thursday high located over Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:54 PM NDT 26 October 2016 A trough of low pressure south of the Grand Banks is forecast to
deepen into a low pressure system overnight and pass along the
southern edge of the Southeastern Grand Banks on Thursday. Strong
northeasterlies will develop over eastern waters tonight and increase
to gale force northerlies on Thursday as the low intensifies.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Northern Grand Banks and Southeastern Grand Banks.
