By 8:00 p.m. NST Wednesday trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over Belle Isle Bank.

At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight ridge located from Labrador to Belle
Isle Bank.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Wednesday departing ridge located over Labrador
Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:52 PM NST 27 January 2015 A warm frontal trough, extending from an intense low pressure system
approaching the Maritimes, will move slowly northward across
Newfoundland tonight and Wednesday. Gale force east to northeasterly
winds ahead of this trough shift to strong to gale force southerlies
in its wake tonight and Wednesday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Belle Isle Bank.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except Southwest Coast, South Coast, East Coast
- Cape St. Francis and south, Belle Isle Bank - northeastern half,
Funk Island Bank and the Grand Banks.
