Issued 8:00 PM ADT 28 March 2015 Tonight and Sunday At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight low located over East Scotian Slope.
By 10:00 a.m. ADT Sunday low located over the Avalon Peninsula.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over Quebec.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Sunday ridge located over the southern Marine
District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:33 PM ADT 28 March 2015 A low pressure system over the East Scotian Slope will move
northeastward tonight to lie over the Avalon Peninsula Sunday
morning. Strong to gale force southwesterlies south of the low become
strong to gale force north to northeasterlies north of it. Winds will
diminish from west to east as the low pulls away from the district.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Browns Bank..Georges Bank..LaHave Bank..West Scotian Slope..Sable..
East Scotian Slope..Southeastern half of Banquereau.. And Laurentian
Fan. Freezing spray warnings are in effect for Cabot Strait and
Gulf-Magdalen.
