By 8:00 p.m. ADT Sunday quasi-stationary low 982 mb located north
of the Gaspe Peninsula.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:51 AM ADT 23 October 2016 A low pressure system over the St Lawrence River will move northward
today to lie over Quebec North Shore tonight. The low will remain
nearly stationary on Monday but will gradually weaken throughout the
day. Strong southwesterlies will strengthen to gale force west to
southwesterly winds today before gradually diminishing late in the
day on Monday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
