Gulf of Maine.
By 3:00 p.m. ADT Sunday departing low 1000 mb located south of
Laurentian Fan.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight ridge located over Quebec.
By 9:00 p.m. ADT Sunday ridge located over the western Marine
District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:25 PM ADT 18 April 2015 A low pressure centre over the Gulf of Maine is forecast to deepen as
it moves to lie just south of Laurentian Fan by Sunday afternoon.
Strong to gale force northerly winds are expected north of the low
over the slope waters tonight and Sunday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Georges Bank..West Scotian Slope and East Scotian Slope.

Outlook for the start up of the eastern shore lobster fishery.

Sunday..Winds northeast 20 knots diminishing to light near noon
Sunday.

Monday..Winds variable 10 to 15 knots.
