Labrador Coast.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Saturday low 982 mb located southeast of
Labrador Sea.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today trough from 988 mb low located over the
Gulf of St. Lawrence.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Saturday trough from 982 mb low located east of
the Grand Banks.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT Saturday approaching ridge located over Quebec.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:53 AM NDT 20 October 2017 A trough of low pressure over the Gulf of St. Lawrence will move to
lie over the Grand Banks tonight. Strong to gale force
southwesterlies ahead of the trough will veer to gale to storm force
northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
Belle Isle Bank. Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining waters
except the Southwest Coast, South Coast, East Coast - Cape St.
Francis and south, and Southeastern Grand Banks.
