move to lie over the Southeastern Grand Banks by Saturday morning
before slowly moving eastward out of the district. Gale to storm
force northeasterlies will develop over eastern waters ahead of the
low today and shift to gale to storm force northwesterlies in its
Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
East Coast - Cape St. Francis and south and the Grand Banks.
Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining waters except Strait of
Belle Isle, Gulf waters, and Northeast Coast - north of Cape St.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle and Northeast Coast.
