Issued 3:30 PM NST 25 November 2015 Tonight and Thursday At 3:30 p.m. NST today trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over Funk Island Bank.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Thursday departing trough located east of Funk
Island Bank.

At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight low 1010 mb located near James Bay.
By 8:00 p.m. NST Thursday deepening low 996 mb located over
northwestern Labrador Sea.

At 3:30 p.m. NST today high 1044 mb located over the Gulf of Maine.
By 3:30 p.m. NST Thursday high 1050 mb located over the southwestern
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:23 PM NST 25 November 2015 A low pressure system is expected to move northeastward through
Northern Quebec on Thursday while a ridge of high pressure builds
over the Grand Banks. Strong to gale force southwesterly winds will
develop throughout the day on Thursday between these two features.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf, Gulf - Port au Port, Northeast
Coast, Belle Isle Bank, and Funk Island Bank.

Marine interests are also advised that a freezing spray warning is in
effect for the Strait of Belle Isle.
