By 3:00 a.m. NST Sunday low 988 mb located east of Funk Island Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NST Sunday approaching ridge located over the
Maritimes.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:55 AM NST 18 November 2017 A low pressure system southwest of Newfoundland will move to lie east
of Funk Island Bank tonight. Strong to gale force northwesterlies
will develop over the Grand Banks tonight in the wake of the low.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Southwestern Grand Banks.
