Issued 8:00 PM ADT 21 July 2017 Tonight and Saturday At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight trough located over Nova Scotia.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Saturday departing trough located over the
southeastern Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:38 PM ADT 21 July 2017 Multiple thunderstorms are affecting the marine district this
evening.

The first thunderstorm is located over the Eastern Northumberland
Strait and is tracking eastward toward Cape Breton Island, and
Northeastern Nova Scotia.

The second is a line of thunderstorms descending off the New
Brunswick Fundy coast tracking over the Fundy and Grand Manan
regions.

These thunderstorms have the potential to produce gale force wind
gusts late this evening. They are expected to weaken later this
evening.

Marine interests are advised that a squall watch is in effect for
The Northumberland Strait - eastern half, Fundy, and Grand Manan.
