By 8:00 p.m. AST Wednesday trough located east of the Marine

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:50 PM AST 3 March 2015 A ridge of high pressure will pass through the district tonight.
Strong to gale force northwesterlies ahead of the ridge diminish to
light to moderate winds in its vicinity.

A trough of low pressure will approach from the west and move through
maritime waters on Wednesday. Strong to gale force southerlies ahead
of the trough veer to strong west to southwest winds in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters.

Freezing spray warnings are in effect for eastern shore..Sable..
Fourchu..Banquereau..Laurentian Fan and Cabot Strait.
