Northern Quebec on Thursday and across Northern Labrador Thursday
evening. Strong to gale force south to southwesterlies are forecast
to develop over southern waters Thursday afternoon and evening as the
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
South Labrador Coast, Mid Labrador Coast and South Labrador Sea.
Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Lake Melville, the Labrador coast and the Northwest
Labrador Sea - northwestern half.
