By 9:30 a.m. NDT Tuesday low 996 mb located over Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:20 AM NDT 31 August 2015 A low pressure system currently located over Quebec will pass south
of Labrador to lie over Newfoundland by Tuesday morning. Winds will
increase to strong to gale force northeasterly over southern waters
as the low passes south of the region.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Lake Melville and South Labrador Coast.
