Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:27 AM NDT 20 October 2017 A low pressure system over the Mid Labrador Coast will deepen as it
slowly crosses the South Labrador Sea today. Strong southerlies ahead
of the low will shift to gale to storm force north to northwesterlies
in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
South Labrador Coast and Mid Labrador Coast - Hopedale and south.
Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining waters except Lake
Melville and North Labrador Coast - north of Saglek.
