northeast-southwest over the northern Grand Banks.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight low 990 mb located south of the Grand
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Thursday low 995 mb located over the southwestern
Grand Banks.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight quasi-stationary trough located over the
Gulf of St. Lawrence.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:54 PM NDT 29 July 2015 An intense low pressure system south of the district will track over
the Southwestern Grand Banks tonight and then weaken while drifting
eastward on Thursday. Strong to gale force east to northeasterlies
ahead of the low will shift to strong to gale force west to
northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Southwest Coast - Ramea and east, South Coast, East Coast - Cape St.
Francis and south and the Southern Grand Banks.
