At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight deepening low 1008 mb located over the
Gulf of Maine.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Saturday approaching low 999 mb located near Cape
Breton Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:45 AM NDT 28 October 2016 A low pressure system located near Cape Cod will deepen as it moves
to lie just south of Cape Breton Island by Saturday evening. Gale to
storm force easterlies will spread across southern waters on Saturday
ahead of the low.

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
the Southwestern Grand Banks. Gale warnings are in effect for the
Southwest Coast, South Coast, East Coast, the Northern Grand Banks,
and the Southeastern Grand Banks.
