Issued 3:30 PM NST 14 February 2016 Tonight and Monday At 3:30 p.m. NST today deepening low 966 mb located northeast of
Belle Isle Bank.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Monday quasi-stationary low 958 mb located east
of Labrador Sea.

At 3:30 p.m. NST today low 1000 mb located south of Cape Breton
Island.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Monday low 998 mb located over the northern
Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:21 PM NST 14 February 2016 A deepening low pressure system northeast of Belle Isle Bank will
continue to track northeastward this evening and will stall east of
the Labrador Sea tonight. Strong to gale force west to
northwesterlies in the wake of the low will persist or redevelop
across most waters throughout the forecast period.

An intensifying low pressure system south of Cape Breton Island will
track northeastwards across the Grand Banks tonight. Gale to storm
force westerlies will develop over the Southern Grand Banks south of
the trough tonight.

Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
the Southwestern Grand Banks. Gale warnings are in effect for all
remaining waters except Northeast Gulf.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for all waters except the Southern Grand Banks.
