the western Marine District.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight ridge located east of the Marine District.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT today trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over New England.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Saturday trough located from the Gulf of
St. Lawrence to Browns Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:52 AM ADT 9 October 2015 A low pressure system approaching from New England later today will
push a strong frontal trough through the marine district tonight and
Saturday. Strong to gale force south-southwesterlies ahead of the
trough shift to strong to gale force northwesterlies behind it with
winds possibly reaching near storm force over parts of the Gulf of St
Lawrence on Saturday.

Marine interests are advised gale warnings are in effect for the
eastern half of eastern shore, the eastern half of Sable, Fourchu,
Banquereau, Cabot Strait, and all Gulf of St Lawrence waters.
