At 3:00 a.m. ADT today Hurricane Joaquin 961 mb located at 33.1N
By 9:00 p.m. ADT Tuesday Hurricane Joaquin 965 mb located at
39.5N 54.2W.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:07 AM ADT 5 October 2015 At midnight ADT...Hurricane Joaquin was located near latitude 33.1
north and longitude 65.5 west. Maximum sustained winds are estimated
at 75 knots and central pressure at 961 MB. Joaquin is moving
north-northeastward at 11 knots.

At this time Joaquin is not expected to produce gale force winds over
slope waters but it is still a possibility as it passes south of our
waters tonight and Tuesday.
