Grand Banks.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Thursday departing high located southeast of
the Grand Banks.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over southeastern Labrador.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Thursday trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over eastern Newfoundland.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight ridge located over northern Quebec.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Thursday ridge located on a line
northwest-southeast over Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:55 PM NDT 26 April 2017 A trough of low pressure over Southeastern Labrador will move
southeastward to lie over Eastern Newfoundland Thursday afternoon.
Generally strong to gale force southwesterly winds ahead of the
trough will become strong to near gale force northerly behind it.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf, and Belle Isle Bank.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Coast, and Belle Isle
Bank.
