Issued 4:00 PM NDT 1 October 2016 Tonight and Sunday At 4:00 p.m. NDT today trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over Belle Isle Bank.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight departing trough located southeast of
the Marine District.

At 4:00 p.m. NDT today ridge located from Quebec to the Maritimes.
By 4:00 p.m. NDT Sunday ridge located from Quebec to the Grand
Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:39 PM NDT 1 October 2016 A trough of low pressure over Belle Isle Bank will continue to track
southeastward tonight. Strong to gale force northwesterlies behind
the trough will gradually diminish tonight as the trough moves away.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for the
South Labrador Sea.
