Melville.
By 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight departing low 989 mb located east of
Belle Isle Bank.

At 9:30 p.m. NDT tonight building ridge located over Labrador.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:19 AM NDT 23 September 2017 A low pressure system near Lake Melville will continue to deepen as
it moves eastward across Southeastern Labrador this morning. It will
then move off the South Coast of Labrador later today. Strong to gale
force northerly winds will develop this afternoon over southern
waters in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
South Labrador Coast.
