Snow or rain beginning this afternoon changing to rain and fog patches near midnight. Visibility as low as 1 mile in precipitation and 1 mile or less in fog patches.

Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:58 AM NDT 13 October 2015 A trough of low pressure will approach from Northern Quebec today to
lie over northern portions of the Labrador Sea by tonight. Strong to
gale force south to southeasterlies will spread over the Labrador Sea
tonight ahead of this trough.
