Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:40 PM NST 26 February 2017 An intense low pressure system over Western Labrador will cross the
Labrador Sea tonight then move north of the district on Monday.
Gale to storm force southeasterlies ahead of the system will shift to
strong to gale force westerlies in its wake. Winds will gradually
diminish on Monday as the low moves away.
Marine interests are advised that a storm warning is in effect for
the East Labrador Sea. Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining
