Issued 8:00 PM NDT 29 April 2016 Tonight and Saturday At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight low 978 mb located over southern Labrador
Coast.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Saturday low 991 mb located east of Belle Isle
Bank.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight ridge located south of Nova Scotia.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Saturday quasi-stationary ridge located on a line
east-west over the southern Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:50 PM NDT 29 April 2016 A low pressure system over the South Labrador Coast will move
southward tonight and then eastward while weakening on Saturday.
Strong to gale force west to southwesterlies will develop over most
waters today as this system approaches.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for the
Strait of Belle Isle, Gulf waters, East Coast - north of Cape St.
Francis, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle Bank and Funk Island Bank.
