of the Grand Banks.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today trough located over western Newfoundland.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight dissipating trough located over Funk
Island Bank.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT Thursday approaching trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over Anticosti Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:48 AM NDT 27 May 2015 A weakening trough of low pressure will slowly track eastwards across
Newfoundland today before dissipating tonight. Strong to gale force
southwesterlies south of the trough will diminish to strong today as
the trough weakens.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
East Coast.
