Issued 3:00 AM NDT 22 May 2015 Today Tonight and Saturday At 3:00 a.m. NDT today low 983 mb located over central Labrador Sea.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight low 997 mb located east of Labrador Sea.

At 10:00 a.m. NDT today low 1004 mb located south of Cape Cod.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Saturday low 996 mb located over the Southwest
Coast of Newfoundland.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today departing trough from low located east of
the Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:51 AM NDT 22 May 2015 A low pressure system over the Central Labrador Sea will track slowly
northeastward across the East Labrador Sea today. Strong to gale
force westerlies over northernmost waters south of the low will
diminish by noon as the low moves away.

A second low pressure system is expected to approach from the
southwest today, crossing Central Newfoundland tonight. The low will
continue northeastward across the Belle Isle Bank on Saturday. Strong
to gale force southeasterlies ahead of the low will shift to strong
to gale force southwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except the Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf and Gulf -
Port au Port.
