Issued 8:00 PM NDT 30 April 2017 Tonight and Monday At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight weakening low 995 mb located over eastern
Labrador Sea.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Monday trough located east of Belle Isle Bank.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight departing trough located southeast of
the Grand Banks.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT Monday approaching ridge located over the
Maritimes.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:47 PM NDT 30 April 2017 A low pressure system over the Labrador Sea will weaken into a trough
tonight. Meanwhile, a ridge of high pressure will approach the
district from the west. Strong to gale force northwesterlies will
persist over eastern waters between these two features.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
East Coast, Belle Isle Bank, Funk Island Bank, Northern Grand Banks,
and Southeastern Grand Banks.

Marine interests are also advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for the Strait of Belle Isle, East Coast - north of Cape St.
Francis, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle Bank, and Funk Island Bank.
