Newfoundland.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight approaching high located over the
northeastern United States.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:47 AM ADT 24 September 2017 At 12 AM ADT tropical storm Lee was located near 31.9 north, 50.1
west. Lee was nearly stationary. Maximum sustained winds were 45
knots and the central pressure was 1003 millibars.

Lee is intensifying and is forecast to become a hurricane by 9 PM
this evening. Lee will not affect the marine district of Atlantic
Canada.
