Quebec.
By 9:00 p.m. ADT Tuesday ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

At 6:00 p.m. ADT Tuesday approaching trough located over the Gulf
of Maine.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:53 PM ADT 25 September 2016 An outbreak of cold air combined with warm waters and favourable
atmospheric conditions will give the potential for waterspout
development tonight over Southern Gulf of St. Lawrence waters, and
the eastern half of the Northumberland Strait.

Marine interests are advised that a waterspout watch is in effect for
Gulf-Magdalen and the Northumberland Strait.
