By 6:00 a.m. ADT Friday low 999 mb located east of Newfoundland.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT today quasi-stationary high 1038 mb located over
eastern Quebec.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:14 PM ADT 29 September 2016 A low pressure system over Southern Laurentian Fan will intensify as
it tracks northeastward this evening. Strong to gale force southerly
winds ahead of the low shift to strong to gale force northerlies in
its wake.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Banquereau - southern half and Laurentian Fan.
