Marine Weather StatementIssued 9:55 AM ADT 3 May 2016 A low pressure system tracking northeastward along the coast of Nova
Scotia today will reach Southern Newfoundland this evening.
An associated frontal trough extending southeastward from the low
will move through eastern waters today. Strong to gale force winds
prevail ahead of this low and trough.
Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Fourchu..Banquereau..Laurentian Fan and Cabot Strait.
