south of the Grand Banks.

At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over Quebec.
By 8:00 p.m. AST Tuesday ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over Nova Scotia.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:13 PM AST 20 February 2017 A low pressure system south of Laurentian Fan will move to lie
South of the Grand Banks by Tuesday morning. Strong northerlies will
develop in the wake of the low which could reach gale force over
southern waters beginning this evening and extending into Tuesday.

Marine interests are advised that freezing spray warnings are in
effect for Gulf-Magdalen and Anticosti.
