At 10:00 a.m. ADT today trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over the Great Lakes.
By 10:00 a.m. ADT Friday trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over the Marine District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:37 AM ADT 19 October 2017 A trough of low pressure currently over the Great Lakes will track
eastward today to lie west of the marine district tonight. Strong
southwesterlies will develop ahead of the system this afternoon and
become strong to gale force northwesterlies behind it Friday
afternoon and evening.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Cabot Strait, Gulf-Magdalen and Anticosti.
