At 3:00 a.m. ADT today quasi-stationary high 1038 mb located over
central Quebec.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:46 AM ADT 4 October 2015 A weak low pressure centre just south of Laurentian Fan will continue
to slowly move southeastward today. Meanwhile a strong area of high
pressure will persist over Central Quebec. Strong northeast winds
prevail between these two features reaching gale force at times over
southern offshore waters.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Georges Bank - southern half..West Scotian Slope - southern half..
East Scotian Slope - southern half..And Laurentian Fan - southern
