Labrador Sea and gradually weakens into a trough by Tuesday
afternoon. Strong to gale force westerly winds will gradually
diminish tonight as the low weakens. A ridge will approach the
district on Tuesday. Winds will increase to strong to gale force
northwesterlies over most waters on Tuesday between the trough and
