Issued 10:22 AM PDT 3 October 2015 A ridge of high pressure well offshore will give strong northwest
winds to most marine regions.

Strong northeasterly outflow winds through mainland inlets will ease
today then strengthen again tonight. Moderate to strong outflow winds
are expected Sunday night.
