By 2:00 p.m. PDT today departing cold front located over the
Lower Mainland.

At 5:00 p.m. PDT today building ridge located over the offshore
By 5:00 a.m. PDT Sunday departing ridge located over the Coast

At 8:00 a.m. PDT Sunday frontal system located over western Bowie.
By 8:00 p.m. PDT Sunday frontal system located on a line north-south
over eastern Queen Charlotte Sound.

Issued 3:58 AM PDT 10 October 2015 Stormy conditions will continue through Monday as a series of lows
and frontal systems affect the BC coast with some relief expected by

The next low pressure centre in the series will move northeastward
through Hecate Strait this afternoon. The low will bring gale force
southerlies followed by gale force northwesterlies over the central
part of the coast. A cold front will move through the South Coast
this afternoon bringing strong to gale force south or southeast winds
followed by strong to gale force westerlies. Winds will then ease
over all areas tonight as a ridge of high pressure reaches the coast.

Another intense storm will move in on Sunday, bringing widespread
storm force southeasterlies and high seas over central and northern
