Issued 10:30 AM PDT 30 August 2015 Today Tonight and Monday At 10:30 a.m. PDT today frontal system located on a line
northeast-southwest over Langara.
By 11:00 p.m. PDT Monday cold front located on a line
northeast-southwest over southern Vancouver Island.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 10:35 AM PDT 30 August 2015 A frontal system will reach the North Coast today. The trailing cold
front will reach Northern Vancouver Island tonight and will tend to
stall in a northeast to southwest line across Central Vancouver
Island by Monday afternoon. The front will then move into Washington
state Monday night.

The system will produce near storm force southerlies over northern
and central waters today with marginal gales expected further
South over most of the South Coast. Strong to gale force westerlies
will follow the system over most of the offshore waters.
