Issued 9:30 PM PDT 31 August 2015 Tonight and Tuesday At 9:30 p.m. PDT tonight low 993 mb located over the northern
Alaska panhandle.
By 5:00 p.m. PDT Tuesday weakening low 998 mb located the Central
Coast.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:27 PM PDT 31 August 2015 A broad area of low pressure extending from a low centre off the
Northern Alaskan Panhandle is affecting the BC coast tonight. The low
centre will drift southwards to lie off the central BC coast on
Tuesday afternoon.

Strong to gale force west or northwest winds will continue over the
offshore waters as the low centre moves southwards. As the low moves
over the BC coast on Tuesday southerly winds will increase over most
South Coast waters.
